Ventura Recruitment was founded in 2016 by Larry Taylor and Rachel Harper. The mission was to create a place where recruiters liked coming to work and were allowed to focus on the things they were good at.
They believed that building an employee-centric company with a strong sense of purpose was the key to providing a truly differentiated experience for customers – especially in an industry that exists to help companies hire quality workers who love their jobs. They thought that should start in their own backyard.
It worked. Today we have grown from the original founders to a community of core employees and consultants. We attribute this success to our ‘people first’ approach and award-winning company culture.
